How does the specialist collaborate with the provider in solving the problem of changing the infant’s diapers without disrupting the play of the older children?

She recognizes that this is a real challenge for the provider and empathizes with her. She also notes that it is great that the provider is concerned with monitoring all the children and has asked for help with this challenge. In walking through the provider’s home together the specialist can see that a simple change in layout can help and she points this out as a suggestion rather than a directive.
